As a kid growing up, I remember watching a lot of anime and having them all being on cartoon network. My mother didn’t have to worry if it was appropriate for my age because it was on a channel for kids of all ages. Nowadays, kids can easily watch anime on the internet. These sites have plenty of good anime but how do you know what is okay, and what isn’t when you either have never seen anime before, haven’t seen that specific anime, or maybe you can’t remember any other good anime out there that you know your little one can enjoy and watch. As a mom of two I have looked everywhere online for a site that is for kids into anime or parents introducing their kids into anime. I have seen no one giving the parents the rating, opinion, and general age group for the anime. This is our purpose with this blog. My brother and I have a goal to educate and/or help you find more anime that is age appropriate for your kids. You are more than welcome to email us or comment about names of any anime you feel is good for kids and should be in our Chiyo-chan approval list.
